The secret here is to bake first your sweet potatoes coated with olive oil, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Once the sweet potatoes are tender, remove them from the oven. Saute the onions, garlic, black beans, corn, lime juice, and honey, before you toss in the baked sweet potatoes. You can serve these with warm tortillas.
